UNION LAUNCHES NEW STONESHIELD™ STONE COATED METAL SHINGLES

(Fayetteville, North Carolina, August 2012) —Union Corrugating is pleased to announce the launch of our Stoneshield stone coated metal shingles. Designed to mimic the look of traditional asphalt shingles, Stoneshield shingles offer all of the performance benefits of metal roofing and carry a limited lifetime transferable warranty.

Also, covenant restrictions limit vertical seam metal roofs in some neighborhoods. Stoneshield shingles are constructed of high strength 26 gauge Galvalume steel, come in three popular colors, and install quickly and easily without the need for battens. The limited lifetime transferable warranty covers wind uplift, impact resistance, and stone coated granule loss.
