UNION CORRUGATING ADDS CAPABILITIES TO THEIR OCALA, FL PLANT

Fayetteville, NC – Union Corrugating has added both panel line and roll-formed trim equipment at their Ocala, FL facility. "Our customers in Florida will definitely benefit from this additional capacity", says Keith Medick, Union Corrugating President and CEO. "Shorter lead-times for our products is one of our key strategies, as we strive to become the most convenient metal roofing supplier to our customers."

In addition to cutting flat sheets, the new panel line produces 2-1/2” oval and R/PBR profiles. The new trim lines produce Ridge Cap, J-trim, and C-fascia. “Our goal is to reduce the cycle time from order placement to delivery in order to help our customers capture more business. These new investments will enable us to do just that.” Union Corrugating already produces their MasterRib, 5V, and Adlok II standing seam panels at the Ocala facility. All of the new equipment is now operational.
